General Motors requires Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet to maintain Factory Trained Technicians who know the product better than any quick service operation. GM will issue bulletins to dealers concerning product updates and or modifications that can benefit you.
While appointments are welcome and sometimes needed, we want our customers to know that any emergency with you is an emergency with us! We understand that a vehicle does not always break when its most convenient for you. Please call us when any need arises at 985-876-6570.
Your new vehicle is protected by a manufacturer's factory warranty. However, the manufacturer does have the right to deny warranty coverage if you fail to service your vehicle at the factory recommended mileage intervals. Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet will maintain your vehicle, and keep copies of service records, providing factory recommended service guidelines. Additional service to your vehicle may be recommended by Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet service advisors.
No appointments are necessary for oil changes.
We provide a free shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off while your vehicle is being repaired in Service. This service begins at 7:00am every morning. We also have a direct relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car with a convenient pick up and drop off service at our dealership. Enterprise is on-site at Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet.
